His Point is that the Test is a JOKE proving nothing but Memory capabilities
here in the US. We also have a Question Pool abnd the Test element questions
are drawn from it. BUT, particualrly by using a Computer, you can have the
Questions and Correct Answer Flash on the screen in random fashon allowing you
to Memorize the Whole Question/Answer Pool without Ever understanding one
thing. Even before the day of the computer boks that allowed you to do the
same thing were popular. Just read it cover to cover until you
"Recognized"(NOT Understood) all the answers.
