    I was at Fort Irwin about 30 miles from the sprawling metropolis of
Barstow.  I'll be down that way again on the 9th of August for about a week.
How far is it from you, might have to make room to throw a guitar in the back
if it's close.

     I'm not at all suprised, the ones I've seen all seem to be a bit on the
rabid side.  Not a lot of logic or reason happening in the back office.  Around
here they're whining bout wanting to open the Glen Canyon Dam (Lake Powel's dam
if I recall).  I guess the fact that a good portion of SouthWest depends on the
water isn't an issue.  I suppose they expect everything under water to be
pristeen after all this time...  I'm curious who they think will be cleanig up
the HUGE bathtub ring that would remain. :)  Gotta love idiots, they make the
rest of us feel so damned rational.
