Don't get me wrong... I'm not being rude, but...

1) You're not going to get much for free in this business.  You're almost
  certain NOT to find anyone to "give there [sic] full attention" for
  free.  I've been in the "music biz" (on a top-level professional level)
  for about 23+ years, and I don't think I've *ever* ran into anyone worth
  a damn that "did it for free".  Again, not being rude, just honest.

2) You'd be better off running a small ad in a local paper, or perhaps some
  local "music scene" paper there.  There's not many in this echo from
  Niagara Falls, so you're kinda wasting your breath.

3) You should be more clear as to what you expect this person to do (for
  free) for you and your career.  You're giving no information now other
  than "I want you to do something, and do it for free", which really
  isn't going to attract anyone, sorry to say.
