NM> How does this e-bow thing function? How can it make an infinite sustain
NM> over notes?
SP> Actually, it is picking up the vibration of the strings, amplifying it
SP> and feeding it back the the string and the pickup. The sound differs
So, is it just like a small speaker making a feedback on the guitar?
SP> depending on where you point the "hot spot" that is maked with a blue
SP> light spot. Depending one how you move it, you can produce sounds like
SP> a flute or a cello or a violin and more. YOu rarely hear it being used
Hmmm...interesting. How much is that E-bow costs when you bought it?
SP> You can find a picture of an e-bow on my guitar zone website. It looks
SP> like a light gray, kinda u shaped thing.
I'll check it out...
By the way, I wonder how those tubes attached to the microphone and connected
into the guitar function? I think it was called "talk box," used by Richie
Sambora in the song "Living on the Prayer" and "It's My Life" by Bon Jovi. Do
you have a picture of that in your guitar site?
SP> Take care
Thanks a lot.
