If I had to put on my moderator hat I would do that from the fido side. So far I haven't had to do that and I don't see that becoming an issue.

I don't actually run telegram myself, or any messaging app so I don't know these things at all. In this case someone else would need to create the groups or whatever is needed to make this possible. You could do that if you are so inclined for one or all of those areas. :)
