Now you can write private messages from Fido to Telegram. You only need to know the user ID of the addressee in order to substitute it in the field ToName. Each message through the gate contains the TGUZERID kludge and it can always be copied from there. If the gate does not know the user's telegram address in Fido, then a kludge to REPLAYTO will also be substituted, which will further facilitate writing a response with a netmail.
