What you want with url's works on my terminal, it is part of the presentaionlayer of my terminal program. I see no way how e.g. a BBS could launch a webbrowser on my screen. If it could I would consider it a security
hazard. Even if it could, it would be a feature of the BBS and not of Fidonet.
