There is no future. Not sure about anyone else but most of my callers
are other sysops or users wanting to relive the good times and call a
few times and then that's that.
People, generally, are not bothered about bulletin boards any more, not
when they can have instant email and instant news from the site of
their choice. If they want to talk to people, they have facebook, if
they want to view images, they don't have to download them, they can go
to Instragram. If they want to real time chat, they have snap chat.
Until someone can find a way to make board relevant in the modern
society, you're doomed to talking to the same people on the same boards
about the same subjects.
