Yes, this took me by surprise. I have always considered an echo area to be open to all who care to participate. TTBOMK, fido echoes have always been available by various means like BBSs, nodes, points and other means also.

I have a copy close by but I admit I have not looked in a very long time.. ;)

Now that this area is widely available (I think) I'll go back and let folks who have questions know that they can get answers here.

I have no problems or complaints myself with the telegram link and no one has netmailed me any questions about it. I suspect there may be questions that remain.
