I never said I don't care. I do like the automatic rendering of UTF-8 using
Thunderbird reader. However, there is a problem in my OpenXP (originally a
German program). Not sure about UTF-8 in WinPoint.

I am *not* a native English speaker. ;) French is a third language, but
hardly fluent. Wanna guess my first?
