Well, I guess I fall into the lessor group of your study. I skip messages
that bear a subject that has proven to be "off" topic. I don't know if
you read newsgroups, but the subject is a key factor there, primariily due
to the high volume in many cases. Fidonet echos are extremely low volume,
so *any* message seems a welcome read in many cases than having nothing.

QWK is a very clever invention. QWKE is even lil'bit better! The
"future" awaits. Albiet, it is still kinda like "back to the future" in
