On the Telegram side the UUE code has been decoded and pulls
in the file in all its glory. On the fido side it's not a
pleasant thing to see in an echomail message.

UUE just feels too much like a throwback to the 80s. Besides,
uue posts like that might work better in an exclusive file
echo. But how many sysops would tolerate uue posts broadcast
all through fidonet when a simple link would do nicely?
