Hi, All!
Launched a completely rewritten part, gating from Fido. Please inform me
about the glitches noticed.
Now it is possible to separately configure for each echo sending UUE to
telegrams only as a file or only as a link. By default, like
there was, first a file, then a message in which it was, with a link.
