I believe that is what many are wondering. Personally I'd like to see it become far more active than it has been in the past, especially concerning correction of obvious errors such as presented by the document in question. A little bit of research might have prevented said document from being published as-is in the first place, as well as providing the opportunity to increase the FTSC's credibilty.
