I have a question, Andrew...

Are the abstentions not being counted toward the total number of votes? And
if not, why? Also, why are the abstentions not being listed in these updates?

It seems to me that if a group of people cast a vote on something, a majority
of *all* votes being yes (or no) is crucial. A majority of 'only' yes versus
no (or the reverse) does not properly represent the entire vote, of which
there are three, not two, options.

Can I get some clarification on this, please?
