I have verified that it was not discarded by my system as a duplicate; I don't
have a copy of it in my DUPEMAIL area. Incidentally, Paul Hayton's ballot
that I received today I ended up with 6 copies in my DUPEMAIL area.

I don't keep backups of incoming packets except when I'm testing new changes
to mbfido. Initial testing is conducted on my development system, but when I
need to test under full load I back up incoming to ensure nothing is lost if I
miss a bug.
