RC80 and RC90 are listed in all 3 of the other zones, including the Zone 2
nodelist, which you publish as the International Coordinator.
In the absence of a response from ZC4, this is the best we can do.
Judging from past experience, I find it unlikely that anyone from Zone 4 will
participate in the election.
