Paul's ballot not being counted made absolutely no difference in the outcome
of the election. However, if an exception were made for him, it would have
to be made for all.
I sent netmail to every RC in FidoNet at the beginning of the voting period,
with reminders to those who had not voted on 28 February and again
yesterday. Echomail normally does not take too long to reach its
destination, but a delay of a few hours is common.
The FTSC will be looking at the election rules in the FTSC charter to
streamline the process; if you have any input please post it here or netmail
me.
