Why are you using fd2ftp? It's been awhile since I've used IRex but I know at
that time I was using *.MSG/attach and Irex handled it properly. Change
everything over to that rather than binkley/FLO. sbbsecho will create the
*.MSG and put the pkt in your outbound folder. Irex will do the rest. You're
going to have to create a ROUTE.REX file similar to the following...
Look in the docs for IRex to help you with this. So, everytime a *.MSG is
addressed to 1:261/38, Irex will crash it to that address along with the
attached pkt.

Yes, because you're creating FLO style mail. IRex maybe set for Frontdoor
style *.MSG/Attach

Try what I said above. If you're dead set on using binkley/FLO style pkt's,
then switch to binkd as your mailer.
