Irex has ZERO to do with PATH's and SEEN-BYs. What I need you to do is shut
down Irex, create a message in SYNCH_SYSOPS and have sbbsecho toss it. find
the PKT, open it up, C&P the SEEN-BY and PATH lines in another message. Let
Irex pass it on.
I know Robert, your uplink, is using sbbsecho as well and hopefully he's not
stripping these lines.
