At the moment there is only one that matters to 1:153/7001 and he isn't one of
the candidates.  Also, speaking of documented practices, his node is the only
one that 1:153/7001 connects with that can handle the only documented pktHeader
type, which btw pktHeader types aren't documented.  I wonder how many members
of the FTSC can claim their chosen software is compatible with documented
standards as they stand today.
