Right, this message had no TZUTC kludge, and there is no way clrghouz knows which timezone the message came from. (The message went 2/148 -> 2/100 -> 3/100). This is why I have the phrases "it looks like you sent it..." and "If that is correct..."

All times in the clrghouz test messages response are UTC, (it was actually received at 2023-12-22 06:35:56 local time).
