I could have sworn I found some fidonet standardish type document
that described packet formats in some detail. There were several;
oh, I guess I was looking at FSCs, which are not FTSs. Ok, so use
that as the content type....

It looks like RFC6838 backs you up there; I stand corrected.
`application/x-foo` seems more appropriate.

Good point, but that's for new application protocols; we're
not talking about that, we're still using HTTP.
