I have a power cut in my area that's planned for 4 Feb for most of the day.

I'll be shutting down my systems on the night of 3 Feb and not bringing them
back up until the evening of 4 Feb... all times NZ daylight savings time.

this will impact 1/100 and 1/10 and 4/100
