Subj : Problem with v1.12 v47 and Python

Howdy! I recently updated my BBS from an older v1.12 v47 to v1.12 A47 compiled 2021/12/25 00:15:10. I'm running xqtr's Weather Mod for windows. running win7 32 bit. After the upgrade the Weather mod doesn't work anymore. It will open and I can enter a city, but it will just crash and go back to the BBS.
I believe it might be a problem with Mystic and Python. The mod uses python 3.
Has anyone experienced any issues with python after updating Mystic
