OK This is bringing back some horrible memories to me! I had a LOT of trouble receiving mail from MetroNET. I seem to remember the problem being that they didn't use passwords or something and the mystic tosser was throwing my messages into an unsecure directory and tossing them out.
To get around this issue, I had to copy the echomail\in\unsecure\F*.* files into my echomail\in directory before running ImportEchoMail and FileToss. I never could ge it to work any other way.
