I just added a command in the sysop menu and it executed a shell - but I'm on linux - you should be able to do the same with windows using zip. For linux, it was a tar command that backed my entire mystic directory (which only equated to about 9mb since I didn't back up the file section). I suppose you could put it in an event scheduler - but I just kept it manual.
