Make sure you have your music royalty / licensing sorted. In New Zealand I use a group called One Music that represent both the artists/composers and the record labels/publishers.
Do some research on Icecast/Shoutcast music streaming servers :)
Have a look at free/paid music playout software e.g. Rivendell Radio Automation System
I'm running a low power FM station online (totalfm.nz) and on-air (107.3Mhz)
