That is a good way to describe it.

Part of that issue may be PG&E has several politicians in its back pockets
that allow them to get away with a whole lot of things they should be held
accountable for... like starting fires with poorly maintained equipment.

I am not sure that PG&E powers the areas in question, but it is a big
provided in California.
