Top Dog, my local doggery (if that isn't a word, it is now) made cooked
to order hot dogs and a variety of sausages. They had a collection of
mustards with artisanal/snooty descriptions ("Alsatian mustard seeds,
crushed by hand, with hints of vinegar and spices")

Next to Ketchup, it said "Smooshed up tomatoes - IT'S GOOD!"
