I'm using USB 3, and it is to an HDD, so it's going to be around 100-200MB/s.
 Your quote of 130mb/s is extremely slow, unless you're using the wrong
abbreviations for MegaByte (you're using megabit).  I got Macrium Reflect,
and it's going to take about 3 hours for the full backup.  I'm not sure how
long it'll take for incrementals.  It's to a 22TB drive, from about 3.5TB,
so I've got plenty of room.
