I maintain the server portion and the documentation wiki, any serious
developer can reach out to me and we will work something out.

New MRC version has support for utility and services, this will add the
possibility to developers wanting to develop services to use MRC to give an
interface. This will use a distinct entry point and services will be limited
to their own rooms or private messages to avoid cluttering the chat rooms.
