Okay......  So can you see how a person cannot follow what you're
talking about?  Would *ANYONE* other than a MajorBBS sysop know any of
that?  Nope.

You're also asking about Synchronet functionality (rlogin game server),
but when I checked your BBS it isn't even Synchronet.  Are you starting
to see how this might be confusing, and you don't give ANY details to
help anyone understand?

You absolutely are *NOT* allowing it inbound, or it would be working.

Please see above regarding it being an inbound port problem.  It seems
crystal clear to me.
