mbbsemu is a way for sysops to run majorbbs doors on their bbs's. It's not
available externally, only on my network and not even that, only from that
one machine.

I'm allowing mbbsemu.exe to the private and public network. I'm allowing the
ports inbound; I've already mentioned that.

And I've looked at that. I'm trying to see if anyone else has gotten this to
work.
