I can confirm the email address you mentioned is correct, but as the prospective node resides in Norway (whose region expired in 2014 by request of its last node) and Norway is part of Scandinavia I would refer it to the RC who handles the joint Scandinavian nets. I'm sure he will have a solution one way or the other .

That RC is Bjorn Felten and he can be reached by netmail at [email protected]. If your guy sends email overthere it will be handled.

If it doesn't work-out, get back to me in email and I'll handle it from this location.
