What evidence did she attempt to destroy?
I see no value is these type of prosecutions.
It is abvious to me that this young lady needs help and has not been making
wise choices but I don't think that makes her a criminal.
It looks to me like this young lady may well get some kind of conviction and
may well have to do jail time (to be determined by the state of Nebraska)
but I see no value in that.
