It wasn't included in the KDE that I run here, it may have been included in
other linux distributions or later linux distributions. I've been searching for
that information since I saw your message.
FDN coordinators on the FileGate should know that we are not going to release
files already included in a linux distribution, like VI, bash, KDE,
thunderbird,KWALLET, KONSOLE, TERMINAL etc. etc.

Don't skim over licensing ever. Read the entire licence document, it's very
very clear as to what is covered by GPLV2, and how files may be
(re)distributed, changed, etc.
