Or if it is a linux application or 4kids and my system will not announce it to
any echo but should post the announce in my netmail so I know it and if there
is a file_id.diz in the file I will get a description of the file.
The same will now work for Pascal/PascalNT 2 HQ 115:115/0 or as to my PascalNT
FDN upstream echos.
