Opps, yes you are right on both the .rar and .zip archives I have rearchived
the files again.
How I missed that I do not know and worse no-one has pointed it out until you.

If you need the old TP compiler that is here as well as files:
TP7-1.ZIP or tp7-1.zip
TP7-2.ZIP or tp7-2.zip
if needed, (which I did not need to use) I also have the borland Turbo
debugger
as files td20-1.zip, td20-2..zip td20-3.zip (also avail as the uppercase
filenames).
If you know Pascal well you are more than welcome to convert the package to
Free Pascal I did start but was having problems. Also the other item on the
TODO list was convert the .asm modules back into pascal code.
This would make it totaally portable across platforms.
