Hello Janis,
>>they had to invent the "erectile dysfunction disease" verbiage so they
>>could legally call viagra a "medicine"... you cannot have a medicine without
>> disease and you cannot have a disease without a medicine... /that's/ why
>>everything these days is called a "disease" even when it isn't... just anothe
>> thing to thank the lawyers for...
> Yeah, it's insane the "diseases" the industry comes up with to front the
> medication du jour... You see it so often these days.
I have doubts as to the true desire of some of the drug companies to want to
eliminate some diseases or ailments. I mean if they were to make drugs that
would cure or stop a disease they (In their business mind) would make less
money. Same with the possible side effects of some of the advertised drugs.
Often times the "Possible" side effects are alot worse than what the drug was
made to help with. I recall a recent news piece where a drug company raised the
price of one of there drugs from $13.50 to $750. According to the drug company
the price increase was due marketing costs.
Can anyone tell I don't have really positive attitude toward drug companies?

Went to the doctor today. They said my blood pressure was quite high. I wonder
if taking LARGE quantities of Viagra would help?? <g>
