  There is this thing called the constitution in every democratic society in the world. The following is very important because almost nobody seems to know this!

  This is the law for the government, and only the government, which regulates what laws (for the people) it is allowed to pass.

  If it's not detailed in the constitution, it's illegal (unconstitutional).

  On the other hand, the laws lawmakers pass are those that the people must follow.

  If it's not detailed in common law, go ahead. Everything not in there is totally legal!

  So, with that in mind, do you now understand why this primary crap is totally bogus MAGA shit about the legitimacy of Harris' appointment?
