I would suggest that you locate the REDATE2.ZIP archive, because if you're
proficient at programming with C, the code is in the archive.  Currently, it
fixes the date for PAK, ZIP, ARJ and LZH files.

Now, if someone could fix the Y2K bug in the code.....
