I won't add to the thread on InspectA, or the other PKT tool Martin Foster
suggested.  But I have two others;

MoonRock is a Basic-like compiler that converts source into assembler and
assembles it for you using an old freeware version of Arrow Assembler,
included.  Maybe these between them will do what you want?

Will try to file attach, if your system will play ball...
