thought it was... just real slow... i think that some areas also were like
oneway links or just dumping in the bit bucket since the Z1B and NAB split some
time back... i'm seeing traffic now in areas that have been dead and that only
recently... seemingly at or about the same time as the new Z1B<->NAB link has
come online...
