Yes.  Also newsgroups.  I have OS/2 copies, Sean Dennis has an 8MB
or thereabouts zip file that has everything you need for Watergate -
Windows and DOS versions both.  There are 9 patches that have to be
applied - in order - to the executables, but they're included in his package
The program that applies the patches will patch both versions at the same
time if they're on the machine.  Sean sent his package to me and I
extracted what I needed and deleted the rest, sorry.

Watergate was released to the public in 2001 and the public key is
included in the package.  No registration necessary.
