Hi! Marty,

On 29 Oct 07 08:02, you wrote:

In my case Marty, I looked it over at a least a dozen times and couldn't spot
the trouble.  The only items that looked awkward on the area configuration
screen were the 'zero' read/write settings for the area (BTW, that area has
been deleted from distro on the WWB); maybe they should be set for something a
bit lower than Bob's level, and certainly lower for other nodes/points that you
don't want to share the area(s) with.

You could try a one-time only:

 FastEcho TOSS -S

Per the FastEcho.Doc (top of page 114), it will "temporarily disable all the
security functions provided by FastEcho".  If it works then there is/are some
-other- setting(s) stopping the toss from working properly, which would require
you to step through your config settings again.  (Page 114 could be a good
guide for things to look for, IAC.)

Cheers,
Paul.

... I gotta get a new computer.  This one makes too many mistakes.
