increase the WRITE security level in that echo definition...

yup... your feed is also a 'downlink'... one also has to remember that as far
as tossers are concerned, there's no real uplink/downlink... it's a mass, "i
got it, you haven't seen it, i'll send it over" type logic...
with that in mind, you do have at least one link in the area(s) in question...
that link being the one you are pulling those messages from...
