what are you missing?? the FDADMIN files has this as the definition of the
STQ...
Static queue A single-file database containing entries that specify
files to send and fetch, as well as systems to call.
By using external software, such as conference mail
processors, that supports the static queue, the speed
of mail processing can be improved considerably.
a search for STQ in the docs should provide you most everything needed to
know... there really is nothing special about it other than it being a binary
database which is processed faster than reading and processing MSG files...
