First the cd I received directly from Santronics and I followed up with
the AUP after installing it.

As to using the cd under Windows 7 I don't want to sound arrogant but I
just inserted and the install program came up. Why you seem to say it sits
there seems like you are using a system that used the update from XP and
not a clean install.
