Thomas's suggestion is not the most appropriate approach.
Best practice would be to select one of many mature Open Source PHP PayPal
integration scripts and integrate it with Wildcat! using wcPHP
(php_wildcat.dll)
An alternative would be to update the 2004 vintage wcPayPal code if you
have a strict requirement to use wcBasic.
